A: Your processor will send EMD instructions directly to the client. Please follow the instructions carefully to ensure timely processing. You can upload a check via Zoccam, send a wire or fedex a check.
Q: When should I send the EMD?
A: Send the EMD as soon as you receive instructions to avoid delays in the closing timeline.
Q: What documents do you need from me?
A: We’ll need the buyer’s and seller’s contact information, the executed contract, and any additional documentation outlined in our follow-up emails.
